Return and Exchange

Our typical EUR sizes will assist you in selecting the appropriate size. You can return the pair to us at RIVR, Chettiar Complex, 41, First Floor, if you would still like to exchange them for a different size. within seven days in the original box packaging along with the invoice, at Kalathiappa (Mudali) Street, Chennai, Tamilnadu 600112.

Please include the size and the requested exchange component in your invoice. Alternatively, you can email us at info@shoprivr.in. Requests for cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

Only a different size of the same style may be exchanged for the Pairs. Should your preferred size not be available, you have the option to swap it for a comparable style.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

Please Note: Your shipping may be further delayed during holidays, pandemics, or unfavourable weather. We guarantee that we will make every effort to deliver your package to you on schedule.

 

On prepaid orders, we offer FREE shipping within India. Your pairs will be shipped out in 5–9 working days after your order is placed. Even though we outsource our shipments to some of the biggest logistics businesses in India, their reach limits our coverage. If your address is in an area that they do not service, we will get in touch with you and try our best to arrange for an other way to get your item to you.
